September Market Update

The housing market in King & Snohomish counties remains HOT. The least amount of homes for sale in 20 years, combined with low interest rates has resulted in a Seller’s market. Buyers are getting into bidding wars, and Sellers are receiving offers at full price and above.

King County Market Update

The average sale price in King County is currently $864,733, a 6.1% increase since the beginning of 2020! There continues to be a limited inventory of homes available on the market. However, those who are listing their homes are receiving an average of 101.5% of the listing price (a 1.6% increase from January).

Snohomish County Market Update

Homes in Snohomish County are selling for an average of $585,047, a whopping 8.9% increase since the beginning of the year! Again, Sellers are receiving at or above full priced offers – 101.2% is the average percent of list price received.
